If you have a story that you think fits our goals but doesn’t fit one of our categories,
feel free to submit it anyway and we may use it.  A good indicator as to whether
your story would be helpful to someone else would be that if after going through
the experience you said to yourself “I wish I knew then what I know now” or
something like that.  We may not be able to use all stories submitted and we
reserve the right to edit, rewrite, or summarize stories that are submitted.  In order
to respect your privacy and the privacy of others, please do not use real names in
your story.  The object here is to share real experiences, but we don’t need to
provide real names.   More information can be found in our Content Submission
Agreement located on our Submissions page.  In exchange for sharing your story,
we hope that you feel good that your experience may help others.

If you have a story from your life that you’d like to share and that you feel our
readers will learn from, enjoy, or benefit from then please submit it to us.  It could
be one line or a thousand words.  We’d like to hear from as many people as
possible, so if you don’t want to write a story, but have an experience to share,
just send us a line.  For example, “the reason our marriage lasted 25 years is
because we…” or  “when you take a cruise don’t forget to…” or “I met my wife….”
or “I feel like I’ve made a difference by…”.  You get the idea.
