Ordering Information

If you are ordering a calendar to be created using your digital photo(s), we’ll request that you send them to us (via your choice of email or mail) after we
receive your order form. Please send us a duplicate photo because it may not be returned to you. Any photos you send us must not be copyrighted
material. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We will use our discretion to reduce, crop, change and arrange any photos in order to create your
photo item.

After we receive your completed order form, we will add on the corresponding shipping and handling charge and sales tax and email you a PayPal or
Google invoice which you may pay using a credit card. After we receive payment and any digital photos we need to complete your order, it will be sent to
you within 2-6 weeks. You will be notified if more time is needed to complete your order. In this event, you will be given the option to cancel the order if
you desire. All sales are final, but we will gladly correct any errors that may have been overlooked. All Sales are Final. Our policy is no exchanges or
refunds, but we want our customers to be happy with their order. If there is a problem with your order or if you are not satisfied with it in any way, please
let us know within 7 days of receipt and we'll see what we can do to satisfy you. We own the copyright to all of our creations. All rights reserved. Thank

Shipping and Handling Charges
The Shipping and Handling Charge that corresponds with the total of your order will be added to your order total along with
any applicable sales tax. Your total order cost will be shown on the invoice that we email you.
$2.95 Flat Shipping and Handling Charge will be added to orders totaling up to $5.99
$6.95 Flat Shipping and Handling Charge will be added to orders totaling $6 to $29.99
$8.95 Flat Shipping and Handling Charge will be added to orders totaling $30 to $49.99
$11.95 Flat Shipping and Handling Charge will be added to orders totaling $50 to $99.99
The Shipping and Handling Charge for orders over $100 will be shown on the invoice which will be emailed to you prior to your order being finalized

Ordering Instructions

Please complete a separate order line for each unique item that you are ordering in each category (i.e.
2014 Calendar - 8 1/2" x 11" size). You can only order multiple quantities of identical items (same background or photo,
personalization, etc.) on the same line. Additional order lines are at the bottom of the order form. Feel free to email
