We went to Talkeetna for our flightseeing trip over Denali
National Park and the Alaskan Range.  It's about a 130 mile drive  
from Anchorage to Talkeetna.   Talkeetna is said to have been
the model for the town in the tv show Northern Exposure.  Many
of the buildings date back to the early 1900s.
